First off we are going to be Closed Monday the 23rd due to snow/icy mix
Secondly, this is what Standish Villari’s is doing to help combat Covid-19:
Now that school closures have extended to April 27th we have to move on to plan B.
*Only private lessons until April 27th, and then we will reevaluate.
I would love to hear from everyone (through email please) on what they would like to do. I will have private lesson times available from 3:00pm till 7:30pm Mon-Thurs and Sat mornings from 9:00-12noon- these times may change to accommodate demand. Even if you choose to take only one private during the next 5 weeks, It will help you remember your material and make it seem a little less daunting to start up again once this has calmed down. You can do once a week, every other week, sibling shared privates, whatever creative plan we can come up with. We will of course be keeping up with our extreme sanitation measures during this time.
April ACH Charges: I will not be charging anyone automatically for April tuition. It will be by the private only.
Missed March classes: (March 16th-31st) can be exchanged for a private. 2 classes = 1 private lesson.
I appreciate all the support you have shown the dojo over the years, but will totally understand if you are in an impossible position at this point. I need to touch base with each student and hear where you are at. All current privates will stay on the calendar until you give me notice on what you’d like to do. Private lessons will be taught by Master Cheryl only. Please email and I will get back to you asap.
Scheduling privates: the google calendar that is on the website will tell you all the times that are available. Email me with your choices, and I will update the calendar on a first come first served basis. Emails will be checked and updated morning, noon, and night.
Tournament: I am not giving up on the tournament. We will push it to the fall if necessary. Lets get through the next 5 weeks and I will have more answers for you.
Naturally I will keep you in the loop if any more changes are planned. Please see our website under News, our facebook page, and of course group emails.
Thank you for your understanding,
