Stretch & De-Stress Yoga
Wednesdays 7:30-8:30 pm
Saturdays 9:00-10:00 am
Stretch & De-Stress blends Vinyasa & Iyengar Yoga styles to encourage relaxation, increase flexibility & strengthen core muscles. This class will include seated, standing & balancing pose; as well as, flowing sequences. All levels are welcome! Mats are available, or you’re welcome to bring your own.

Yoga Sculpt fuses traditional yoga poses with a HIIT format; using cardio, strength & rest intervals to create a unique fitness experience. Strengthen muscles, improve cardiovascular endurance & increase flexibility in this class. All exercises can be adapted to fit individual needs, including low impact. Appropriate for all levels. Beginners welcome!
$15 drop in rate | $40 monthly fee – 4 classes a month
